4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example, a deposit of ৳1,000 will earn a ৳1,200 bonus — giving a total balance of ৳2,200. On a ৳10,000 deposit, the maximum bonus of ৳5,000 applies — giving a total balance of ৳15,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

A 10x wagering requirement applies to the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus. For example: ৳1,200 bonus × 10 = ৳12,000 must be wagered before bonus winnings become withdrawable.

4.3 Bonus Usage Rules

The following general rules apply to all bonus offers:

• Each offer must be used within a specified period. Once expired, the bonus will be cancelled automatically.
• We reserve the right to forfeit bonuses and associated winnings if bonus abuse or manipulation is detected.
• If an attempt is made to claim bonuses through multiple accounts, all accounts will be closed.

4.4 VIP Cashback Program

Regular members can participate in our VIP program. This program has five tiers, each offering a weekly cashback benefit: Bronze — up to 0.2%, Silver — up to 0.3%, Gold — up to 0.5%, Platinum — up to 0.6%, Diamond — up to 0.8%. Staying active and playing regularly allows you to advance to higher tiers step by step.

5.1 Game Results

5.2 Betting Limits

9.2 Closure by Member

You may request the closure of your account at any time. To do so, contact the 33bww support team. Please complete any pending withdrawals before closing your account, as access may be restricted afterwards.

9.3 Self-Exclusion

If you feel that gaming is having a negative impact on your life, you may apply for self-exclusion. This feature allows you to take a break from all platform services for a set period of time or permanently.
